1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our custom printing and embroidery services, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Each item is made to your specific requirements, and therefore, cannot be resold.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide the following information:

Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:

5. Non-Returnable Items
